■ The post office keeps packages for ONLY 30 DAYS. The buyers are responsible for receiving items.
If the item return back to us, we can only return item fee. (Not for shipping fee)
■ If I send you a wrong item by mistake, I will send you a replacement or refund.
However, the product should be unused by buyer. Please contact to me.
■ When you refuse to receive it, and your ordered item is sent back, we will refund you the balance after deducting the postage.
■ These pictures of our handmade items are taken photos by us who are not professional for photography,
so please aware that the actual colors or shapes might be different than you see on the screen.
■ If you want to return the products,
*First, buyers need to be contacted to us within a week after receiving the products.
*I accept only UNUSED CONDITION. (WASHED products won’t be accepted)
*Buyers need to pay shipping fee to return. Please make sure the items won’t be lost in mail. (by using tracking or bar code etc)
*I will not accept any CUSTOM MADE products to return.
